This is the best marinated chicken. It’s incredibly easy to make with only 4 simple ingredients that I know you have in your kitchen. I’ve been working on perfecting grill marks using our new grill pan. I placed the bbq chicken breast on top of nut and gluten free lentil pasta. For pasta sauce I heated a bottle of tomato sauce and mixed in 3/4 cup of frozen peas. So easy, healthy and delicious!
Ingredients
• 3-4 chicken breasts
• 1/2 cup of your favorite gluten and nut free bbq sauce
• 1/4 cup gluten free soy sauce
• 1/2 tsp minced garlic
Staples: Spices – 1 tsp chipotle pepper
Directions
1. Combine sauces and spices in a medium bowl. Mix well. Submerge chicken breasts into the mixture to coat. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
2. Heat a large grill pan on medium/high and coat with a little olive oil or cooking spray. Remove chicken from marinade and place on grill pan on an angle. Cook for 5 minutes then turn 45 degrees and cook another 5 minutes. Flip chicken and do the same thing on the other side. You should cook the chicken about 20 min total or until no longer pink inside and when cut the juices run clear.
Easy peasy. Enjoy! xoxo
