Sage Meatballs

These meatballs use few ingredients and are so easy to make. They are packed with flavor and they’re extremely versatile. Enjoy them on top of gluten free pasta or in a hot dog bun for a fun take on a meatball sub. Any way you eat them your belly will thank you. • 1 lb ground beef

• 1 egg

• 2 tbsp gluten free Italian style panko crumbs

• 7 sage leaves chopped

Staples: Spices – 1/4 tsp ground pepper


Preheat oven to 350 degrees

1. Mix all of the above ingredients in a medium bowl. I put on gloves and used my hands.

2. Roll mixture into 12 balls and place on a baking sheet.

3. Place in oven and cook for 25 minutes. Remove and serve.

Serves 4
