Chocolate Drizzled Root Vegetable Chips

Having a party? Impress your guests with this easy snack! These are sweet and salty and so delicious 🙂


• 1 large bag of gluten and nut free root vegetable chips

• 1 cup of chocolate chips


1. Place chocolate chips on a shallow bowl and melt in the microwave on 20 second intervals. Stirring in between.

2. Line a tray with parchment paper and place chips on top. Drizzle with chocolate. Place tray in freezer for 5 minutes to harden chocolate. Remove and serve in a pretty bowl.
