Watermelon Popsicles

Summer is coming and these watermelon popsicles are the perfect cool treat. Made with only fruit they contain zero added sugar! These popsicles are sweet and delicious. Get creative with the preparation. Use whatever fruit you’d like to decorate the popsicles. This is a great idea if you have any leftover fruit salad from a previous bbq! I’d love to see what you come up with.

Ingredients

• 4 cups of cubed watermelon

• 2 tsp cane sugar

• Strawberry, kiwi, banana, mango or pineapple slices (your choice)

Directions

1. In a food processor purée watermelon and sugar. Fill popsicle trays 3/4 full. Slide sliced fruit down the sides of the popsicle mold so that they stick to the sides. Be creative 🙂 Top your popsicle with the handle.

2. Place Popsicle tray in freezer and let sit overnight.

3. Remove and serve.

Makes 8 popsicles

Easy peasy. Enjoy! xoxo
