These granola bars make for the perfect snack or breakfast on the go. They are packed with protein and fiber and will give you plenty of energy for your day. Like all of my recipes they are easy to make and take very little time to prepare. Enjoy! xo
Ingredients
• 2 overripe bananas (mashed)
• 1/2 cup SunButter
• 1 egg
• 1 1/2 cups gluten free oats + 1/2 cup raisins
Staples: 2 tbsp maple syrup, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1/4 tsp salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1. In a large bowl mix all of the ingredients
2. Coat an 8 x 8″ pan with cooking spray. Spread batter evenly into pan. Bake 25-30 min. Remove and allow to stand 5 minutes. Cut into 15 bars. Enjoy!
