Ingredients
• 2 bananas
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup Swerve
• 1/4 cup Sunflower Butter
• 1/2 cup shredded coconut
• 1 Cup Casava Flour
Staples: 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp baking powder, and 1/8 tsp salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1. In a large bowl mash bananas. Add eggs and Swerve sugar and mix well. Add the Sunflower butter and coconut and continue to mix.
2. Add the Casava Flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. Grease a small casserole dish and pour batter inside.
4. Bake for 25 – 30 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
5. Slice into squares and serve.
Makes 12 squares
